The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 987 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3, entitled „ "SLAARY PLAN FOR
'CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES" be amended by deleting therefrom
Class Title Number and Range
Assistant Assessor 37 (910-1130)

.and adding thereto,

2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State. of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Califo~rn.a, this lst day of April,
1969, by the following vote:
