The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
~ornia, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. X75, being the ?aning
Enabling Ordinance of said County as amended by Ordinance Nos. 522
and 67€a,• TAO t7R.DAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. NECESSITY': The Hoard of Supervisors fizads that ce.r•-
tain regulations are necessary for t2a.e preservation. of the public
health, safety,. conservation and general welfara, pending the
studies and surveys and the preparation and adoption of a precise
zoning plan for the area.
SECTION 2, The hereinafter described area situate in the Countyl
of F3utte, State of California® shall be and it is hereby zoned as aai
"A-2 Limited" District as n.ereinafter described and suk~ject to all
of the restricted uses applicable to the uses of an "A-2 Limited"
',District, said area so zoned being located in the uzxincorparated
(area of Butte County, California, particularly descri3aecl as follows:
Lots 135, 136, 137, 138 and 139, all as shown
on NFap of ''Olive-•Glen Estates 12.evised°' }per map
recorded in M'ap Book. 35 on pages 8, 9 and 10,
in the office of th.e Fzecorder, Coursty of }3utte,
Stake of Califorxaia.

30l The provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to al_1
as described in Section 2.
3.2 USES PERi'~TTTED:
The following uses are permitted within all parts of-the
District:
a. Lawful uses of ].and now established.
b. Single--family dwellings and accessory buildings.
c. Agricultural uses and, buildings.
3.3 U5E PER~1tTT5 REQUTI2ED:
No multiple-family dwellir_gN, new commercial buildings,
industrial uses of land or buildings, public or quasi-pr_xblic uses
including schools, churches, public utility-buildings wi1.l be
allowed without first securing a use permit approved bar the
Planning Commission.
3".4 MTNINdU&1 SETB,A,CK REQTITRT'D:
Fifty (54) .feet from the centerline of the .road, except
where the road is classified as a Federal Aid. Secondary and then
mnimuits.setback shall be fifty-five (s5} feet from the centerline
said road.

will result in undue hardship, a variance ma~T be approved in said
manner prescribed in the handling of a use permit.
SECTION 4. k'or the inut€ediate pieservation of the public peace,

residents and inhabitants thereof, it is necessary that this
Erdinance take effect immediately. ~ declaration of the .facts con-
stituting the necessity therefor is as follows:

SECTION 5. This emergency ordinance shall take effect immediate
