AN ORDINANCE F1iviENBING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE
NO. 913 and establishing regulations for the
USE OF LAND I11~1D TI'!E CO~IS~PRUCTION AND USES OF
BUILDIiQGS ALONG THE SCENIC IdIGHTiVIlYS OF THE
COUNTY' OF BUTTE
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, hereby amends Section 2 of Ordinance 913, as follows:
f. Oroville Quincy Highway, Oroville, from Olive Highcaay
to the FIarts Mill Fire Station.
g. Forbestown Road, Oroville, from Oroville-Quincy Highcaay
to the most easterly intersection of Black Bart Road.
h. Lumplcin Road, Oroville, from Forbestov~rn Road to the
easterly intersection of Enterprise Road.
SECTION 1. The penalties for any violatoon of the zoning hereby
imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Zoninq
Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with the provisions of the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after-its
effective date become a supplement to and ?part of theZoning
Enabling Ordinance.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage,: and ;before ..the .expixatonc.of fitteen (15) days after its
passage shall be published once with the names of the members voting
for and against it in the Oroville-Mercury a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 22nd clay of April, by the following
vote:
AYES; Supervisors Howsden, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop
NOES: Supervisors Dunaway and Maxon
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
