ORDINANCE N0. 1034
AN ORDINANCE AI`~1DING ORDINANCE ~~1418 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDTNANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Buttes, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section 3 (B}, entitled "Far Classes with Flat
Rate Assignments. Salary rates for the following classifications
will apply as indicated.", be amended by adding thereto:
Class Title Flat Amount
Lifeguard Manager
Lifeguard
Flat $2.50 Hr.
Flat 1.80 Hr.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 18th day of June, 1969, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Reynolds and Chairman
McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supexv~.sor Maxon
