AN OIDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1018 OF THIJ
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNO[~iN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE°'
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section 46, entitled "[aELFARE°' be amended
by adding thereto,

Food Commodity Program

2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and a~,ainst the same, once in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND AllOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 30th day of June, 1969,
by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Howsden, Reynolds and Chairman McKillop
NOES; Supervisors Dunaway and Maxon
