CONSOLIDATING "C-2" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
S California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning. Enabling Ordinance as amended by
g Ordinance Numbers 522 and 676 DO ORDAIN as fnllvws:
7 Ordinance 996, (consolidating "C-2" General Commercial) Section
1 is hereby amended to include-.the following:

Being located near Chico, California, more
g particularly described as follows: A portion of
"Bidwell 14th Subdivision" per map recorded in
10 Map Book 8 on pages 12 & 13, in the office of the
Recorder, County of Butte, State of California:

All of Bock 15 of said "Bidwell 14th Subdivision";
!i2 exce.pting therefrom that portion deeded to the County
of Butte, recorded in the office of the Recorder,
13 County of Butte in 1267 or 503 and 1306 or 484;
and Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 all in Block
14 7 of said "Bidwell 14th Subdivision"; and Lots 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, all in Block 14 of said
15 "Bidwell 14th Subdivision", excepting therefrom
the easterly 7.0 feet of Black 7 and the westerly
lg 7.0 feet of Bock 14.
}.7 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
lg (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names
of the members voting for and against the same, in the Chico-
19 Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
