AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE
995, CONSOLIDATING "C-7" (LIGHT COMMERCIAL)

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said

County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended by Ordin-
4
ante Numbers 522 and 676, DOES ORDAIN A5 FOLLOWS:

Ordinance 995 (Consolidating "C-1", Light Commercial)

Section 1, is hereby amended to include the following:

Being located east of the City of Oroville, described as
8 follows:
9 All that portion of Section 18, T19N R5E, MDB&M, lying south
of "Olive Highway" and all that portion of the E 1/2 of E 1/2
10 of Section l3, T19N R4f, MDB&M, also lying south of "Olive
Highway";

Excepting therefrom that portion of said Section 18 lying
12 350 feet south of the following described line: Beginning -
' at engineer's centerline station 268 + pl.Ul, DISTRICT III,.
13 BUT 759 (Ulive Highway), from which point the northwest
corner of "Oroville Wyandotte Fruitlands, Unit No. 5•', per
l.4 map recorded in map book 8 on page 37A, in the office of
the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, bears
15 north 0° 10` east, a distance of 308.06 feet, thence north
77° 11' west along said engineers centerline to Station
1B 255 + 'l 8.
17 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
~g after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif-
19 teen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the
20 names of the members voting for and against the same, in the Oro-
21 ville Mercury Register, a newspaper published in the County of
22 Butte, State of California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
2~ County of Butte, State of California, on the 22nd day of July,
25 1969, by the following vote:
