of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 4.75 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended by
Ordinance Numbers 522 and 676 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance 947, Consolidating "M-2" (Heavy Industrial),
Section i is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Chico California, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Portion of Section 35, T22N RIE, MDB&M,also a
portion of "McIntosh Tract", per map recorded in
Map Book 2 on Page 164, described as follows;. All of
Lots 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 & 9, of said McIntosh Tract
lying North & East of the Southern Pacific Tracks, also
all that portion of Section 35, T22N R1E located West
of Normal Avenue and South of Chico City Limits, also
that part of said Section 35, lying East of the
following described line, beginning at a point located
South 67° 5' 30" East, 91.57 feet from the Southwest
corner of Lot 15 of "Barber Addition:, per map re-
corded in Map Book 4 on Page 54, in the Office of the
Recorder, County of Butte, State of .California, thence
South 50° 03' West, 767.64-feet; Thence Southwesterly
to the Southern Pacific Railroad Tracks, containing
136.88 acres.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15~ days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, Sta a of California,on the 26th day of August,
1969, by the following vote:
