AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ,ORDINANCE 996,
(GENERRL COMMERCIAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of the
said County being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance 996, Section 1, is hereby amended to include
the following;
Being located near flroville, California, and being a
portion of the northwest quarter of Section 18, T19N
R5E, more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly pro-
longation of the northerly line of the Olive Highway
extension per deed recorded 820 OR 321, with the west
line of Orovi7le-Wyandotte Fruit1ands" Unit No. 5,"
per map recorded, map book 8 at pages 37A & 38A, from
which point of beginning the northwes~ corner of lot
148 of said unit No. 5 bears north 00 10' east, 250.61
feet; thence north 77°11' west, 1325.81 feet; thence
north 13°O1' east, 972.16 feet to a point on the south
line of Wyandotte-Miners Ranch Road; thence south easterly
along said south line to a point on the west line of
"Oroville-W,}ca~ndotte Fruitlands Unit No. 5", said point
located north OOo10' east, 69.60 feet from the point
of beginning; thence south 00°10 west, 69.60 feet to the
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom all that portion of the above de-
scribed parcel lying 350 feet north of the Dist. III,
Bat 759 engineers centerline.
This Ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty {30) days after
the dates of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published
once with the names of the members voting for and against it in
the Oroville Mercury_Register, a newspaper published in the County.
of Butte, State of California.

County of Butte, State of California, this 30th day
