AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AMENDING
ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 2, SECTION 13 OF THE
CODE OF BUTTE COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte do ordain
as follows:
Section 2-13 of Article II of Chapter 2 of the Butte County
Code is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2-13. Regular Meetings.
Regular meetings of the board of supervisors shall
be held on Tuesday of each week at 9:00 a.m.,
commencing December 2, 1969; provided, however, that
when Tuesday falls on a legal holiday or when the
board determines, by a majority vote, to dispense with
one or more meetings or change the time thereof, then
the board shall announce at a regular meeting preceding
the holiday or change, the date and time of the-next
regular meeting.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its adoption. This ordinance, before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, shall be published with the
names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 3Oth day of September,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway Maxon Reynolds
NOES: Supervisox Hawsden~ Chairman McKillop
ABSENT: None ~~ ~ .,
