HomeMy WebLinkAbout1053~ ~S ~~ .i 2 3' 4 's s 7 8 9 10 '11 12 13 l'4 'I5 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 23 26 27 ORDINANCE NO. 1453 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTX ORDINANCE 996, CONSOLIDATING "C-2" {GENERAL COMMERCIAL) The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended by Ordinance Numbers 522 and 676 DO ORDAIN as follows.: Ordinance 996, (consolidating "C-2".General Commercial) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following: "Being located near Oroville, California, more par- ticularly described as follows: The northerly 396 feet of Lot 1, Block 24, per map of "Villa Verona" recorded as wall map #12, in the office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, excepting therefrom all county roads." That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty .(3©) days ~af ter the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the Oroville Mercury-Register, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
