1 AId ORDINANCE As'~IENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINZu~ICE NO. 769
2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte do
3 ordain as follows:
g 1. Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 769 is amended to read
S as follows:
g "3.3 tise Permit Required: No new multi-family dwell-
7 ings, no new commercial buildings, industrial uses of
g land or buildings, public or quasi public uses including
g schools, churches, public buildings, public utility
10 buildings wi11 be allowed caithout first securing a
11 Use Permit."
T2 2. Section 4.1 B. of Ordinance No. 769 is amended to
13 read as follows:
14 "B. Minimum Building Site Required: EAch single
15 family. residence shall be located on a site not less
16 than eight thousand, one hundred and twenty-five
17 (8,125) square feet, and said residence shall be lo-
18 Gated not less than five (5) feet from the side line
19 of the building site."
20 3. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 769, entitled USE PERNTITS,
21 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
22 4. This Ordinance shall be, and is hereby declared to
23 be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after
24 the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
'i2g days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once
'26 with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
'27 for and against it, in a newspaper of general circulation within
28 the County d_ Butte .
