AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1018 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows;
1. That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 46A, entitled, "FOOD COMMODITY
PROGRAM" be amended by deleting the entire section and adding,
SECTION N0. 4bA
WELFARE
FOQD COMMODITY PROGRAM
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
20 2 Storekeeper TI
18 2 Storekeeper T
14 2 Eligibility Worker I
8 2 Account Clerk II
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
'County of Butte, State of California, this 2nd day of December,
1959 by the following vote:
AYES:Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Reyno7.ds and Chairman McKillop
NOES: Supervisor Maxon
ABSENT: None
