AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 927, CON-
SOLIDATING "R-3".
l The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as

amended DOES ORDAIN as follows:

Ordinance 927 (Gansolidating"R-3") Section 1 is
~ hereby amended to include the following:
6 Being located near Chico, California, and being a
7 portion of Lat 73 & Lot 75, "Bidwell 20th Sub-
division" per map recorded in map book 7 an page 74,
$! in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as
9 follows:
1a Beginning on the most northerly corner of Lot 73,
said subdivision, thence N 44 12 E, a distance of
11 342.7 ft; thence S 39°40' E, a distance of 512.8 ft.
to northerly right-of-way line of Hawthorne Ave;
12 thence along said northerly line, S 45° 50' W, a
distance of 300 ft. to the east line of Lot 73,
13 said subdivision; thence N 44° 10' W, a distance
of 125 feet; thence S 45° 50' W, a distance of
699.1 feet; thence N 44° 10' W, a distance of 227.4
~'~ feet; thence N 45° 50' E, a distance of 5.0 feet;
15 thence N 44° 10' W, a distance 150 feet; to the
northwesterly Line of said Lot 73; thence N 45°
16 50' E, a distance of 694.1 feet to the point of
beginning - containing 10 acres..
17 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
18 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
19 of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published
20 with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
21 in the Chica Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the
22 County of Butte, 5tate~=of California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
29: County of Butte, State of California, on the 9th day of
2~ December , 1969, by the following vote:
