AN ORDTNANCE AMENDTNG ORDTNANCE 925,
CONSOLTDATTNG "R-1"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Ordinance No, 475 of said County, being the Zoning Enabli
Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance 925 (Consolidating "R-1"), Section 1, is hereby amended
to include the following:
Being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County and
being a portion of Lots 13 and 14, per map of "Hobart Subdivi-
sion," which map was recorded in ~Iap Book 4 on Page 24, in
the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as followsa
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 14, said
corner in the centerline of Lassen Avenue; thence N 37°20'W,
a distance of 238.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 37°20'W, a distance of 751.50 feet; thence
S 52°40'W, a distance of 330.0 feet, parallel to the south-
westerly line of said. Lot 13; thence S 37°20'E, a distance
of 15.0 feet; thence S 52°40'W, a distance of 330.0 feet to
the centerline of "Godman Avenue;" thence S 37°20'E, along
the centerline of'Godman Avenue" a distance of 740.0 feet;
thence leaving said centerline N 52°40'E, a distance of
330.0 feet; thence S 37°20`E, a distance of 11.24 feet; thence
N 52°40'E, a distance of 163.0 feet; thence northwesterly
along a curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 200
feet to a point which bears S 52°40'W and is 147.0 feet distant
from the point of beginning; thence N 52°40'E, a distance of
147.0 feet to the point of beginning.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date
of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (.15) days after its
passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting far and
against the same, in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
