AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIIANCE 995,
CONSOLIDATING "C-1" (LIGHT COMMERCL4T,) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance,
as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 ,(Consolidating "C-1" Light Commercial) Section 1
is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Chico, California, and being a portion of
Section 15, T22N, R1E, MDB&M, and a portion of "Hobart Sub-
division" per map recarded in Map Book 4 on Page 24 in the
Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
All that part of Lot 15 and Lot 16-said "Hobart Subdivision"
lying southerly of the following-described line:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Lot 16, said point
located 750 feet from the centerline of 'Lassen Avenue;"
thence westerly and parallel with the centerline of "Lassen
Avenue" to the west line of Lot 15.
All that portion of the north half of said Section 15 lying
northerly of the north Line of "Bel Aire Subdivision No. 3"
west of "Norseman Avenue" and southerly of said "Hobart
Subdivision,"
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date
of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and
against the same, in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Soard of Supervisars of the County of Butte,
State of California, on the ~-6t~$ay of December ~ 19 {~~
