ORDINANCE N0. 1063
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ~~1018 OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 69-1018 of the County of Butte
is hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 9, entitled, "ASSESSOR" be
amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range Noa of Positions Classification Ti
8 7 Clerk II
and
(Assessor part time)
8 2 Clerk II
and adding thereto,
8 8 Clerk II
changing the total from 45 to 46.
b. That Section No. 10 entitled "AUDITOR-CONTROLLER"
''be amended by deleting therefrom:
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
38 1 Associate Examiner-
--Accounting
changing the total from 21 to 20.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names. of the members voting for and against the same, once in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the $oard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 16th day of
December 19 69 by the following vote:
