ORDINANCE N0. 1064
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1018 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 3 (B), entitled, FOR CLASSES
~~'ITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS, be amended by deleting therefrom,
Class Title Range
Juvenile Court Referee Flat $1,000 Mo.
and adding,
Class Title Range
Juvenile Court Referee Flat $1,052 Mo.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the-Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 23rd day of December,
1969 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, Maxon, Reynolds; Chairman
McKillop
NOES: None
