The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 996 (Consolidating "C-2" General
Commercial) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located in Paradise, California, more particularly
described as follows:
All that portion of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter; the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26,
T22N R3E MDB&M; and the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 27, T22N R3E MDB&M,
located within 300 feet of the west right of way
line of "Clark Road".
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Paradise Post, a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of
January 19 74 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden~ Maxon Mc~illop~ Reynolds; Cha~.rman

NOES: None
