_... AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE 925,
CONSOLIDATING "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State .
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:.
Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "R-1" (single-Family
Residential), Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located in Paradise, California, more particularly
described as follows:
All of "Glen Haven Sub" per map., recorded in Map
Book 15 on pages 22 and 23, in the Office of the
Recorder, County of Butte, State of California,
and that portion of the Northeast quarter of
Section 23, T22N R3E, MOB&M, located South of
"Pearson Road" and East of the following described
line; beginning at the Northwest corner of l.ot 18
of said "Glen Haven Sub", thence North O1°04'
West, to "Pearson Road".
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Paradise Post, a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
tate of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
ty of Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of
January , 19 74~by the following vote:
