2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1018 OF THE
COIJNTF OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "BALARF ORDINANCE"
3 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
4 of California, do ordain as follows:
I. That Ordinance No. 10I8 of the Cou~y of Butte is
a hereby amended as fallaws:
7 a. That Seetion 3A, entitled, "SALARY PLAN FOR
8 CLASSIFIEp EMPLOXEES", be at~ended by adding thereto,
,9 Class Title Number Range
to Child Support Supervisor 32 {716-89I)
11 b. That Section 3B, entitled, "CLASSES WITH FLAT
12 RATT ASSIGNMENTS", be amended by adding thereto,
1,3 Class Title Nuraher Range
i4 Volunteer Fireman Flat $2.50 per call
15 or drill
is c. That Section 4b, entitled, "WELFARE" be amended
~,~ by deleting therefromt
18 Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
19 3Q 1 Investigator I

21 32 1 Child Support Supervisor
22 2, That this ordinance shall tgke effect thirty (30)
23 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
2~ of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
25 with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
2s once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
27 California.
28 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
2s Caunty.of Butte, State of California, this 27th day of January,
30 1970, by the fallowing vote:
