The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-1" Light Commercial)
Section l is hereby amended to include the .fallowing:
Being .located near Oroville, California, and being
a po.rtian of the Southeast one-quarter of Section
1, and of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 12,
Township 19 North, Range 4 East, Mt. Diablo Base
and Meridian, Butte County, California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the-East-West centerline of
Section 1, aforementioned, from which point the East
one-quarter corner of said Section 1 bears North
89°46'46" East and distant-744.42 feet; thence
leaving the said point of beginning and running
South 89°46'46" West along the East-West centerline
of said Section 1 a distance of 1250.16 feet to a
point on said line; thence South 26°47'00" East, a
distance of 407.02 feet to a point on a 442.00 foot
radius curve concave to the Southeast and having a
tangent bearing of North 63°13'00" East, for said
point; thence Easterly along the arc of said 442.00
foot radius curve through a central angle of 75°00'00"
for an arc distance of 578.58 feet to the point of
tangency; thence South 41°47'00" East, a distance
of 1.66.13 feet to the beginning of a 258.00 foot
radius curve concave to the North; thence 5outh-
easterly along the arc of said 258.00 foot radius
curve through a central angle of 64°41`13" for an
arc distance of 291.28 feet to the paint of tangency;
thence North 73"31'47" East, for a distance of 29.48
feet to a point; thence South lti"28'13" East, a
distance of '129.00 feet to a point; thence North
87"37'05".East, a distance of 143.y7 feet to a
point on a 750.00 foot radius curve concave to the
Southwest and having a tangent bea-ring of North
08"22'53" West for said point; thence Northwesterly
along the arc of said 750.00 foot radius curve
through a central angle of 08`05'18" for an arc
distance of 105.88 feet to the paint of tangency;
thence North 16 "28`13" West, for a distance of
258.70 feet to the beginning of a 650.00 foot radius
curve concave to the East; thence Northerly along
the arc of said 650.00 foot radius curve through
a central angle of 29°28'13" for an arc distance
334.33 feet to the point of tangency; thence North
13"00'00" East, a distance of 17.2.93 feet to the,
true point of beginning for this description.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thia:ty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the
(names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
