AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1018 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNO~7N AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1, That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows;
a. That Section 3A, entitled, "SALARY PLAN FOR
CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES", be amended by deleting therefrom:
Class Title Number Range
.Associate Examiner-Accounting 38 (842-1052)

b. That Section No. 34, entitled, "MENTAL HEALTH",
be amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
31A 1 Psychiatric Nurse
and adding thereto,
31A 2 Psychiatric Nurse
changing the total from 10 to 11.
c. That Section No. 46, entitled, i°[dELFARE", be
amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range No, of Positions Classification Title.

and adding thereto,

2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen C15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
