AN ORDINANCE Ar~NDING ORDINANCE N0.1078 ,
CONSOLIDATING "S-1'° (MEDIUM-DENSITY
SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 ,. of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1078 Consolidating "5--1" (Medium-Density
Suburban Residential) Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to
include the following:
Being located near Chico, California, and more
particularly described as follows:
NIl of Lot 36 of "Bidwell 3rd Sub" per map
recorded in Map Boak 5 on page 8, in the Uffiee
of the Kecarder, County of Butte, State of
California.
excepting therefrom all that portion lying
Northwesterly of the following describeU
line; Beginning at the most Northerly corner
of said Lot 36; thence South 37"39'53" East
along the Northeasterly line of said Lot, SO.OU
feet; thence South 52"26'24" West, 162.99
feet; thence Southwesterly on the arc of a
tangent 960.D0 foot radius curve concave to
the Southeast, through a central angle of
23°36'34" a distance of 395.59 feet; thence
South 28°49`5U" West, a distance of 105.20
feet to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 36.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Chico Enterprise , a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the lpth day of
March 19 70 , by the following vote
