AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1001
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of Galifarnia, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County as
4' amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
5'i SECTION 1.
g! Ordinance No. 1003. is hereby amended to read as follows:
7 SECTION 2.
g The following regulations shall apply in an "RT-1"
g, {Minimum-Density Residential--Mobile Home) District:
lp 2.1 USES PERMITTED
11 a. Single-family dwellings.
12 b. Mobile Homes to pause one family, when such
13 Mobile Home is the only housing facility
~,4 located on the premises, provided the
16 following conditions are conformed to:
16 1. The floor area within the Mobile Home
17 shall opt be less than 500 square feet c.
18 2.2 LOT AREA REQUIRED
19 Minimum lot area of a lot per dwelling unit or a Mobile
20 Home unit shall be no less than eight thousand, one hundred
21 and twenty-five (8,125) square feet excepting where public
22 sewage disposal service is provided, a minimum of six thousand,
23 five hundred (6,500) square feet may be allowed for inside lots
24 with .a minimum of seven thousand, five hundred (7,500) square
2g feet for corner lots..
26 That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
try after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
28 fif teen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
89 the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
S0 Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of
31 Butte, State of California.
