The Board of Supervisors of file County of Butte, State of
California, unc:er and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 996 (Consoliuating "C-2", General Commercial)
tion 1, is hereby amended to include the following:
being located Southeast of Oroville, California,
and being a portion of Section 35, T19(~! R4E,
MDB&~i, and also a portion of "Ross Orchards
Tract" per map recorded in f~1ap BooEc L, on pages
31A, 32A and 33A, in the Office of the P,ecorder,
County of Butte, State of California; more
particularly described as follows;
Property having frontage on the "Lower l~Jyandotte
Road" at the intersection of "District Center
Drive", and within a radius of five hundred
(500) feet from said intersection.
That this Ordinance shall be, and is hereby declared to
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) clays after
date of its enactment, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
ays after enactment this Ordinance shall be published once with
names of the Board of Supervisors members voting for and against
