2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1018 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTEI KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

of California, do ordain as follows:

1. That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of Butte is
6
hereby amended as follows:
7
a. That Section No, 3 (B), entitled, "FOR CLASSES
WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS", be amended by deleting therefrom,
9 Class Title Number and Range
10 Lifeguard Flat $1.80
11
Lifeguard Manager Flat $2,50
12 and adding thereto,
13 Lifeguard Flat $2,10
14
Lifeguard, Assistant Manager Flat $2.35
15 Lifeguard Manager Flat $2,85
16 2, That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
17 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
18 of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
19 with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
20 once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
21 California.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 ounty of Butte, State of California, this ~'8t:h: day of April,
24 1970 by the following vote:
