ORDINANCE N0. 1090
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 925, CONSOLIDATING
"R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
~ of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 475, of said
4 County, being the Zoning Enabling".Ordinance, as amended, DOES
6 ORDAIN as follows:
6 Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "R-1" (Single-Family
7 Residential), Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
8 Being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County,
9 California, southeast of Oroville, described as follows:
~~ All that portion of Lot 1, Block 123, "Palermo
Citrus Tract Subdivision No. 3", per wall map no.
11 5, map recorded in the Office of the Recorder,
County of Butte, State of California, located
12 southwest of the southeasterly extension of
Louis Avenue, containing 5 acres M/L.
13 This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
14 in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)-days after
15
the date of its enactment, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
16 days after enactment this ordinance shall be published once with
17 the names of the Board of Supervisors members voting for and
18 against it, in the OROVILLE MERCURY a
19 newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Butte,
