The Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance. NO. 475 of said County,
being the honing Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN: as
follows:
Ordinance No. 928, Consolidating "R-4" (Maximum-Density
Dwellings, Restricted Service) District, Section 1 is hereby
amended to include the following:
Being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County,
near Chico, California, described as follows:
The westerly 317.5 ft. of Lot 1 & westerly
3i 7.5 ft. of Lot 2 of the "Barnard Tract",
per map recorded in Map Book 6, on page 26,
in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte,
State of California, containing 4 acres.
This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after the date of its passage this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of':
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterpra.se
a newspaper in general circulation in the-County
of Butte, State of California.
