SECTION N0. 51 EFFECTIVE DATE AND' PUBLICATION: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage shall be published once with the name of the members voting for and against in a newspaper published in said County of Butte.
