AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE
NO. 1093'„ "MHP" {MOBILE HOME PARK) DISTRICT
1! The Board. of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2' California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 4.75 of said County,
3' being the Zoning.. Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
~' follows:
5 Ordinance No. 1093, "MHP" (Mobile Hpme Park) District,
8 Section 1, is hereby amended to include the following:
7• Being located south of Paradise, California, and described
8 as follows:
9 The Southwest Quarter of Section 3~k, T22N R3E, MDB&M;
10 Excepting therefrom the southerly 650 feet.
11 That this Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
12 be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after
13 the date of its :passage; and before the expiration of fifteen {15)
l~ days after the date of its passage this Ordinance shall be
15 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
16 Supervisors voting for and against it in the PARADISE POST
17 , a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
18 State of California.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
20 County of Butte,.. State of California, on the 2 rd day of
