BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR
TO SIGN
AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CALIFORMA STATE DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL WEALTH
WHEREAS, effective January 1, 2009, Butte County, through its Department of
Behavioral Health {BCDBH), entered into an agreement with the California State Department of
Rehabilitation (DOR) to provide vocational rehabilitation services to mutual clients receiving
services from BCDBH and DOR; and
WHEREAS, DOR requires that an individual be authorized to sign amendments to said
agreement, except to increase the financial liability of Butte County;
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors appointed Anne Walker, MFT, as
Director of Behavioral Health effective May 25, 2414;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes Anne Walker, MFT, BCDBH Director, to sign amendments to said agreement, except
to increase the financial liability of Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 15'h day of
March 2011, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
