PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte in
accordance with the proclamation thereof by the Director of Emergency Services on
April 1, 2011, and it's ratification by the Board of Supervisors on April 7, 2011, as a result
of high winds, torrential rains and heavy snow.
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now
deemed to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment
and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Califomia, does hereby proclaim the termination of said focal emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Califomia, on this 26th day of April 2011, by the fallowing vote:
AYES' Supervisors Connelly, Wahl,~Kirk, Xamaguchi, and Chair ~au~bert

ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: done
