COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Position Class Code Classif cation
1 4037/403614039 Staff Nurse, Senior/Staff NurselStaff Nurse,
Associate
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classif cation
1 4154/4155 Psychiatric Technician, Senior/Psychiatric
Technician
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 291.5.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
26th day of April , 2011, by the following vote:
