HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-057WHEREAS, on April 27, 2004, the Butte County Board of Supervisors adopted
Resolution No. 04-Ob9 Adopting the Countywide Bikeway Master Pian in Butte County,
California, and;
WHEREAS, a bicycle transportation plan is required to obtain bicycle transportation
account funding from the State and the County may adopt a bicycle transportation plan at any
time during the year to ensure eligibility for bicycle transportation account funding ,and
WHEREAS, bicycle transportation plans are current for five (5) years, and
WHEREAS, the 2011 Butte County Bicycle Plan meets the requirements set forth in the
State of California Streets and Highways Code, Section 891.2, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, hereby adopts the
2011 Butte County Bicycle Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County . of Butte, Sate of
Californa, this 14th day of June, 2011, by the following vote:
AYES: Supezvisvrs Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi, and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
