AN ORDINANCE APZENDING ORDINANCE NO. 925r CONSOLIDATING
"R-1" (SINGLE-FAA4ILY RESIDENTIAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
follows: '
5 Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "R-1" (Single-Family
g Residential), Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:.
7, Being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County,
g'California, Paradise, particularly described as follows:
9 All of the westerly 672 feet of the South half
of Section 1, T2ZN R3E, MDB&M lying westerly of
lp; Sunset Way and southerly of the Paradise Irriga-
Lion District boundary, and all of the South
11 half of Section 2, T22N R3E, MDB&M lying westerly
of Sunset Way and southerly of the Aaradise
12 Irrigation District boundary, Paradise, California.
13 This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
14 '; full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
lg date of its enactment, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
16;days after enactment this ordinance shall be published once with
17'the names of the Board of Supervisors members voting for and against
18,it, in the Paradise Post a newspaper of general
lg circulation published in the County of Butte, State of California.

21 of Butte, State of California, this 18th day- of August, 1970, by
