RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4014 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 57, Reference F of Ordinance No. 4.014 of the County of
Butte entitled "Management, Confidential and Supervisory Unit" by adding thereto the
following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 30 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"620 WATER AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No, 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"541 T011 BEHA.VIORALHEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

thereby decreasing the total from 289.50 to 288.50.
