COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4014 0# the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL
HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4014 OF THE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled "570-003 EMPLOYMENT
AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 240 to 241.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
amends Section 44 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled "570-006 EMPLOYMENT
AND SOCIAL SERVICES - CaIWORKs" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby

adding thereto the following:
