RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4014 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section.S7, Reference C of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of
Butte entitled "BCEA-General Unit" by deleting therefrom the following:
Class Code Classification Roman e Bi-Weekly Sala
1061 Fleet Administrative Assistant 28 $1,094.33 -- $1,466.52
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 34 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"533 PUBLIC WORKS" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at IOS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 35 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

adding thereto the following:

"570-003 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by adding
thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 43 of Ordinance No. 4014 of the County of Butte entitled
"570-004 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -SERVICES" by adding thereto
the following:
