RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL. HEALTH

WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health rectuires authorization from the Butte
County Board of Supervisors to amend the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs Negotiated Net
Amount and DruglMedi-Cal agreement for FY 201012013; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable far F'Y 2010/2011 is $2,296,851; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for f=Y 2011/2012 is $2,147,281; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable far FY 2012/2093 is $1,560,313.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is
authorized by the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs for a new multi-year agreement total of $6,DD4,445.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13~' day of December, 2D11,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Yamaguchi and Chair Lambert
