RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby amends Section 57 Reference F of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "090
Management, Confidential and Supervisory Unit" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby amends Section 57 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled
"090 BCEA -General Unit" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte

INFORMATION SYSTEMS" by deleting therefrom the following:

PROBATION-VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby decreasing the total from 1.5 to 0.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte

DISTRICT ATTORNEY-VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte

PROBATION-VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" by deleting therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte

DISTRICT ATTORNEY-VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte

CORONER-SERVICES" changing the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby assigns Section 18 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte to the District Attorney
and entitles it "320007 BUTTE COUNTY VICTIM WITNESS ASSISTANCE CENTER"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby amends Section 40 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD
SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
