1 ORDINANCE NO. 1115
2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1018 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
¢ of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1018 of the County of. Butte is
6 hereby amended as follows:
7 a. That Section No. 3 (a), entitled, "SALARY PLAN
$ F7R CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES", be amended by adding thereto,
9 Class Title Number and Range
10 public Health Nurse Coordinator 22.0
11 b. That Section No. 25A, entitled, "MIGRANT HEALTH
12 PROGRAM", is hereby added thereto to read as follows,
13 SECTION NO. 25A
14 MIGRANT HEALTH PROGRAM
15 Salary Range No. of Positions Classi $ cation Title
16 22.0 1 Public Health Nurse
17 Coordinator
18 2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
19 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
2a of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
21 with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
22 once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
23 California.
24 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
2g County of Butte, State of California, this 29th day of September,
