AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 925, CON-
SOLIDATING "ii-1" (SINGLE~FAIKILY RESTDENTTAL) DISTRICT
l The Board of Supervisors of tli~ County of Butte, State of
g California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No, 975, of said County,:
3'being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
4 follows:
~ Ordinance No. 925, consolidating~"R--1" (Single-Family
g,Residential), Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:

Being located in.Paradise, California, more particu-
larly described as follows:
Being a portion of the North half of Section 6,
T22N ~4E, P40B&M, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the center of Section 6, T22N R4E,
P+II]B&NP; thence west 91ong the' East-West centerline
of said Section 6, ;298 feet; thence northerly at
right angles to said East-West centerline, a dis-
tance of 243.4 feet; thence westerly parallel with
said East-West centerline, 945 feet; thence northerly
at right angles to said East-West centerline, 107.7
feet; thence westerly parallel with said East-West
centerline, 404.48 feet to West line'of said Section
6; thence northerly along the west :Line of said
Section 6, 600 feet; thence easterly-and parallel
with said East-West centerline,of Section 6,
1339.0 feet; thence southerly and at right angles
to said East-Writ centerline, 233.0 feet; thence
easterly and parallel with said Easf;-West centerline
of Section 6, 825.0 feet to the-P.T.`0. boundary;
thence southeasterly along the P.T. D. boundary to
the center`s of Section 6, also being-the point of '
beginning.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days`,after
date of ,its adoption, and before irhe expiration of fifteen (i5)
after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the
ers voting for and against the same, in .the Paradise
post , a newspaper published in the County
