update in the relicensing schedule for the Oroville Facilities project. The draft EIS

EIS is due by April of 2007 and the Commission's decision is scheduled to be made by

4. State Water Resources Control Board Notices of Application to Appropriate Water by
Permit and Petition for Extension of Time, October 13, 2oo6. Both notices relate to a
diversion of the Butte County Camp Creek Tributary to the North Fork River for the
