AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIIANCE NO. 995, CONSOLIDATING
"C-1" (LIGHT COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
l The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
3 Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
~ Ordinance No. 995 {Consolidating "C-1", Light Commercial),
5' Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
6 Being located near Oroville, California, and being a
portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Tl9t~t
q R4E, MDB&t-0; ,...
g Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 51, of
"Oroville Wyandotte Fruitlands Unit iVo. 3", per map
g recorded in hlap Book 11 on pages l9 tx 20, in the
Office of the;Recorder, County of Butte, State of
~0! California; thence north to the Northwest corner of
said Lot 51; thence west along the north line of
11 Section 14, T19N R4E, MDB&M, a distance of 444.96
feet; thence south, parallel with the west line of
12 said Lot 51, a distance of 554.44 feet, to the
north line of "Olive Highway"; thence northeasterly
13 along the north line of "Olive Highway" to the south-
west corner of said Lot 51, the point of beginning,
~.4 containing 4.84 Acres.
15 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
lg after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifte
lq;l(15) days of ter its passage, it shall be published with the names of
lg the members voting for and against the same, in the Oroville
lg Mercury a newspaper published in the County of
20 Butte, State of California.
