AN ORDINANCE AME1dDING COUNTX ORDINANCE NO. 925, CON-
SOLIDATING "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of tine County of Butte, State of
2; California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County,
3 being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
4 follows:
5 Ordinance No. 925, consolidating "R-1" (Single-family
6 Residential), Section 1 is hereby amended to include the fallowing:
7 Being a portion o.f "Central Park Sub" per map
recorded in E~lap Book 74 on page 35, and a portion
gi of "Central Park Sub tVo. 2" per map recorded in
Map Book 2 on Page 18; all maps recorded in the
g Office of the Recorder, County of 3utte, State of
California, more particularly described as
l0 follows;
11 Lots 84 through 93 of said "Central Park Sub";
and Lots 704 through 118 of said "Central Park
12 Sub i~o. 2."
13 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
L4 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
15 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the
16 names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting fnr and
17 against the same, in the Paradise Post
lg a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
2p County of Butte, State of California, on the ]~~)j day of
21 November 1970, by the following vote:
