AN ORDINANCE AMENDING C0C7NTY ORDINANCE NO. 996, CON-
SOLIDATING "C-2" (GENERAT, COMMERCIAL)
l The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County
3 being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
~' follows:
5 Ordinance No. 996, consolidating "C-2" (General Commercial)
6 Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
7' Located in the unincorporated area of Butte County,
north of Paradise,California, more particularly
8, described as the southerly 116 feet .of the northerly
300 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 31,
9' T23N R4E, MDB&M, lying west of the Skyway; and the
easterly 280 feet of the southerly 161.74 feet of
10 the northerly 487.74 feet; and the easterly 305
feet of the southerly i77 feet of the northerly
11 300 feet of the southeast quarter of Section 36,
T23N R3E, h1Dg&M.

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days

after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fiftee.

(15} days after its passage, it shall be published with the names

of the members voting for and against the same, in the

of Butte, State of California.
