AN ORDINANCE A~NDING ORDINANCE N0. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNO~1N AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 1095 of the County of Butte is
'hereby amended as follows:
a. That Section No. 4, entitled, "ELECTED OFFICERS",
be amended by deleting therefrom,

and adding thereto,

2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty C30)
days of the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (1S) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against same,
once in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 7:"st-. day of Dumber,
1970 by the fallowing vote:

NOES: Supervisor Howsden and Chairman Dunaway
