The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte. State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475. being the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 985 (Cnnsolidati;ng "G--1" Light Commercial)
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Chico, California,, more particularly..-
described as follows:
i'he southerly 241 feet of the westerly 329.2 feet of
Lot 9 and the southerly 247 feet of Lot 10 of f°Bidwell

This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (3Q) days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
