ORDINANCE NO. 1134
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 996, CONSOLIDATING
"C-2" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS.
1 The Berard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said county,
3 being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
4 follows:
S Ordinance No. 996 (Consolidating "C-2" General Commercial
6 District) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
q Being located near Oroville, California, and being
a portion of "Villa Verona" per map "Wall Map No.
g 12", and a portion of 5tormes Sub No. 2", per map
recorded in hlap Book 18, on pages 24 & 25, all
g; maps recorded in the Office of the Recorder, County
of Butte, State of California. All that portion
10 of Lot 5, Block 15 of said V illa Verona, lying
south of Oroville Bangor Hwy. and east of the
11 following described line: Beginning at a point
located N89°43'20"E, 218.78 feet from the south-
12 west corner of Lot 5; thence NO°26'40"E a distance
of 187.33 feet; thence S89°43'20"W a distance of
13 5 feet; thence NO°26'40"W a distance of 69.23 feet.
Also all that portion of Lot 5 lying south of
14 Stormes Sub #2 and east of Oroville Bangor Hwy.
Also Lot 34 of Stormes Sub #2.

This Ordinance shall be. and it is hereby declared to be in
16
full force and effect from and after thirty (3D) days after the
17
date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
18
days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with
19
the names of the members of the Board voting for and. against it in
20
the Oroville Mercury , a newspaper publishes
21
in the County of Butte, State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, on the gth day of
24
December 1970, by the following vote:
